Our Summer School in New York and Boston is an ideal opportunity for School & School students to experience a wider perspective of the world — and of themselves within it. One of the most important psychological forces behind a fulfilled, self-actualized life is the “Idea of oneself”. For that idea to become part of a child’s character, they need to know the world and find their own place, role, and purpose in it.

More About the Program — New York & Boston Summer School

Over four days, students get a taste of our “Boston – Next Academy” program. This educational experience includes visits to three campuses — Harvard, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), and Boston University — where students get a real feel for life at some of the world’s most prestigious universities. Afternoons are reserved for exploring and enjoying the city of Boston.

Knowledge of oneself and one’s potential, quality education, and knowledge of the world are, in our view, the greatest wealth and the most meaningful investment a person can make in life. After an experience like this, a child will never want less — only more.

Working with children combines outdoor activities — visiting the most important landmarks of New York and Boston — with indoor afternoon workshops (5:00–7:00 PM).

Before You Go

A mandatory orientation meeting is held 20–30 days before departure, covering the full itinerary and additional instructions. Spots are limited.

US visa applications open April 1. Processing takes 5 to 30 days, so we recommend applying as early as possible — School & School provides full support throughout the process. Documents must be submitted by March 30, 2026.

EU passport holders are exempt from visa fees. We continuously monitor US entry requirements and will keep you updated on any changes.

Payment

• Deposit: 2,000 KM (by March 31, 2026), paid in person or sent as a photo/scan
• Remaining balance: 7 monthly installments (March–September), due by the 10th of each month

Refund Policy

This is a step-by-step process that begins with applying for a US visa — the most delicate and important part of it. Once that obstacle is cleared, we move to the next step: purchasing tickets and booking accommodation.

School & School is unfortunately unable to control the visa-issuing process, and the US Embassy does not guarantee approval or refund money in case a visa is denied. Our own refund terms are as follows:

• Before visa application: full refund (100%)
• After visa is issued: refund minus visa costs and a 500 KM admin fee
• After ticket/accommodation booking: refund minus those costs and a 500 KM admin fee
• Within 60 days of departure: non-refundable
