Overview
This is our third study program in Boston — a city where three of the world’s most respected universities sit within a few miles of each other.
Students don’t tour these campuses from behind a rope. They walk them, eat on them, and spend time with the people who actually study there — finding out what the path to a place like Harvard really looks like, from someone who took it.
The program is built for every student who has ever said the word “someday” about a university like this.
EXPERIENCE THE BEST CAMPUSES IN THE WORLD
Students visit three campuses — Harvard, MIT, and Boston University — and experience, in the truest sense, what it feels like to belong there.
Alongside the visits, they spend time with current students: the applications that worked, the mistakes that nearly cost them a place, and what the years before acceptance actually involved.
The third part of the program is practical. Workshops on how to write a CV, how to write a motivation letter, and how the registration and application process really works, step by step.
And the afternoons belong to Boston itself.

– Full arrangement included: transportation, visa processing and issuance, accommodation, meals, excursions, and airport transfers both ways
– Payment in monthly installments
– A mandatory orientation meeting is held 20–30 days before departure, where the full plan, schedule, and instructions are presented
– Students holding a US visa or an EU passport are exempt from visa costs

Application & Payment
To complete your application and secure a place, confirm availability with our team, submit the completed application form, and provide proof of the reservation payment of 1,500.00 KM — in person, photographed, or scanned.
For existing School & School participants, the remaining balance can be paid in 4 monthly installments (February, March, April, and May), due by the 10th of each month.

Visa Process

The process is individual and takes time — approval can take anywhere from 5 to 30 days. Starting early matters. School & School provides complete support throughout the US visa application process.
Students holding EU passports are exempt from visa costs.
We continuously monitor US entry criteria and protocols, and will inform all families promptly of any changes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a step-by-step process. It begins with the US visa application — the most delicate and most important stage — and only once that is cleared do we move to purchasing flights and booking accommodation.
School & School cannot control the visa issuance process. The US Embassy does not guarantee approval and does not refund fees if a visa is denied.
**Before the visa application begins:** 100% of the paid amount is refunded.
**After the visa is issued:** the amount is refunded, less visa application and issuance costs, and 500 KM in administrative costs.
**After flights and accommodation are booked:** the amount is refunded, less the cost of the airline ticket and accommodation reservation, and 500 KM in administrative costs.
**Within 60 days of departure:** School & School reserves the right to retain the full paid amount.
