02. MECHATRONICS
Where mechanics, code, and creativity build something real, and every child is already a little genius. A program for ages 10–14 that turns curiosity about how things work into robots you can actually build.
- Ages 10–14 / Onsite
- Enrollment: Sep & Feb
Overview
Mechatronics & 3D Printing at School & School is an interdisciplinary program of mechanics, mathematics, physics, and design — a true combination of logical and creative intelligence. Success in this program comes from understanding several core scientific disciplines gathered under one name: STEM. Built around the Arduino microcontroller, students explore electronics, mechanics, robotics, programming, and design through creative workshops that culminate in a real final project.
Because the students who thrive here are the same ones who take things apart just to understand how they work — the ones who are always asking why, and always looking for the answer.
Groups are limited to 6 children — so every build gets guided, and every child gets real hands-on time with the technology.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF SCHOOL
School & School is a different kind of technology school — a place where problem-solving is inspired by curiosity, not repetition. In all our programs, learning, design, and hands-on building go hand in hand. Children don’t just study how machines work. They design and build their own.
We built this program knowing exactly who walks through our doors — young people who are constantly questioning, researching, and taking things apart to understand their essence. So that’s precisely what we created: a school full of respect for young minds, where every child is challenged to design, build, and innovate. And where the inner engineer or little genius inside them gets the chance to finally come out.
