01. PROGRAMMING & GAME DESIGN

Where an idea becomes a game, and every child is already an innovator. A program for ages 10–14 that turns critical thinking into real, working technology.

Overview

Programming & Game Design at School & School is where children study the disciplines of the 21st century — the basics of informatics and programming, explored through research, design, production, testing, and performance. Students are encouraged to think critically about how and why their designs need to adapt to changing conditions, while learning the importance of environmental awareness, ergonomics, and the smart technologies shaping how people live and work.

Because the technologies of tomorrow are already here — and the children building with them today are the ones who’ll create a better future for everyone.

Groups are limited to 8 children — so every project gets real guidance, and every child gets hands-on time with the technology.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF SCHOOL

School & School is a different kind of technology school — a place where problem-solving is inspired by curiosity, not repetition. In all our programs, learning, critical thinking, and project work go hand in hand. Children don’t just follow instructions. They design solutions.

We built this program knowing exactly who walks through our doors — young people ready to understand how modern technology actually works, and why it matters. So that’s precisely what we created: a school full of respect for young minds, where every child is challenged to research, design, build, and innovate. And where the inner developer, designer, or innovator inside them gets the chance to finally come out.
