An entrepreneurship and leadership program that takes high school students from raw concept to their first real startup pitch. Ages 14–18 / Onsite Enrollment: Sep & Feb Overview School of Business at School & School is where a notebook full of ideas becomes a business plan. Over one school year, students learn to research a market, understand an audience, build a brand, price a product, and stand in front of a room and defend it. The program is modular and moves in a straight line: Idea Generator, Brand Identity, Social Media, Marketing Mix, Modeling & Simulation, Leadership, and Finance & Startup Pitch. Because entrepreneurship isn’t a subject you study — it’s a way of seeing. And the earlier a young person learns it, the more of the world becomes available to them. Places are limited — so every student gets real time with their idea, and real feedback on it. A DIFFERENT KIND OF SCHOOL School & School Business is a pioneer in business education for high school students. In a program built from the ground up for young people, students discover their interpersonal talents, sharpen how they observe the world, unlock their creativity, and learn to spot the problems worth solving. Beyond learning how modern business works, the goal is to build critical and entrepreneurial thinking. Through hands-on work, students move through market research, business planning, implementation, and control — and as they progress, their confidence grows with them, until they start seeing everyday life through a founder’s eyes, where an ordinary problem suddenly looks like an opening. We believe children’s business is serious business. It’s never too early — and never too late — to learn how it works. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL DEVELOP – Entrepreneurial competence — recognising and acting on opportunity– Mathematical competence — pricing, margins, and financial reasoning– Digital competence — modern tools, channels, and platforms– Communication in a foreign language SKILLS – Market research and competitive analysis– Defining and understanding a target audience– Brand identity and the book of standards– Marketing mix — pricing, packaging, distribution, promotion– Social media strategy and advertising channels– Business modeling and simulation– Financial planning and startup fundamentals– Leadership and teamwork– Public presentation and pitching under pressure– Independent decision-making and critical thinking Think Tank This program is built for students who have spent their education collecting ideas — a personal Think Tank of concepts, sketches, and what-ifs that together form an original portfolio worth developing. That container of ideas is where our business school begins. The work is to detect, analyze, and research those ideas, then select the three that genuinely deserve time and attention. From there, students define who they’re actually building for — where that audience is, what they wear, what they listen to and watch, what they read — and study the competition and where the industry is heading. The focus then shifts to marketing: mission and vision, distribution channels, pricing, packaging, brand standards, and advertising. The year ends with a presentation, where every student pitches the complete business plan for their first startup. Programme Structure Program Details Program School of Business — Entrepreneurship & Leadership Age group 14–18 years Modules Idea Generator, Brand Identity, Social Media, Marketing Mix, Modeling & Simulation, Leadership, Finance & Startup Pitch Focus areas Market research, brand building, marketing mix, business modeling, finance, leadership, pitching Teaching method Practical project work, market research, business simulation, final pitch Weekly class 2 hours (120 min + 5–7 min break) Monthly hours 8 hours (4 × 120 min) Course duration 8.5 months (September – June) or 4.5 months (February – June) Winter break January 1 – January 31 Language Mother tongue + English (level-dependent) For more information, contact the school in your city via e-mail, phone call or message us on Facebook or Instagram.
