- Format: Study trip & summer school (excursions + education)
- Price: 6,000 KM — includes transportation, visa processing, accommodation, meals, excursions, and airport transfers
- Duration: 9–10 days
- Group: 10–12 students, ages 13–18, accompanied by 3 teachers
- Location: Los Angeles & San Francisco (USA)
- Accommodation: Hotel in central Los Angeles (4 nights) and central San Francisco (3 nights)
- Campus visits: Stanford University and UCLA on days 3 and 7
- Deposit: 2,000 KM (Feb 15–28, 2026) secures your place — remaining balance payable in 10 monthly installments (Feb–Nov)

More About the Program — Los Angeles & San Francisco Summer School
Students will get a taste of our “Next Academy“ program. This educational experience includes visits to two campuses — Stanford University and UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) — where students get a real feel for life at some of the world’s most prestigious universities. Afternoons are reserved for exploring and enjoying the beauty of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Working with children combines outdoor activities — visiting the most important landmarks of Los Angeles and San Francisco — with indoor afternoon workshops (5:00–7:00 PM).

- 08:00 – Breakfast
- 08:45 – Morning briefing & warm-up
- 09:00 – Excursions & study visits around Los Angeles and San Francisco
- 13:00 – Lunch
- 14:00 – Afternoon rest & free time
Afternoon
- 17:00 – “Discovering You” workshop
- 18:00 – “My Journey to Los Angeles and San Francisco” workshop
- 19:00 – Dinner
- 20:00 – Social games
- 22:00 – Rest
Before You Go
A mandatory orientation meeting is held 20 days before departure, covering the full itinerary and additional instructions.
US visa applications open March 1. Processing takes 5 to 30 days, so we recommend applying as early as possible — School & School provides full support throughout the process. Documents must be submitted by February 28, 2026.
EU passport holders are exempt from visa fees. We continuously monitor US entry requirements and will keep you updated on any changes.
Payment
- Deposit: 2,000 KM (by Feb 28, 2026), paid in person or sent as a photo/scan
- Remaining balance: 10 monthly installments (Feb–Nov), due by the 10th of each month

Refund Policy
- Before visa application: full refund (100%)
- After visa is issued: refund minus visa costs and a 500 KM admin fee
- After ticket/accommodation booking: refund minus those costs and a 500 KM admin fee
- Within 60 days of departure: non-refundable
